标题: [OpenCD]关于客户端使用问题 || About bittorrent clients
（1）Transmission客户端问题已解决，部分版本被禁止，请使用允许的Transmission版本。
（2）全面禁止Deluge客户端，请使用可用的客户端版本，推荐使用稳定版的uTorrent客户端。
（3）严禁使用任何网盘的离线下载，违者ban无赦，情节严重者连坐处理！
（4）我们将逐步加强对违规行为的处罚，请广大会员务必熟读并遵守本站规则。

(1) We have solve the transmission problem. Please use our allowed versions of clients.
(2) Deluge is totally banned on our tracker. We recommend you using utorrent stable versions.
(3) We will not allow offline downloading( xunlei lixian and 115). If you use those services. You will got banned immediately.
(4) We are editing our rules. Please be sure that you have read them carefully.

不明白为什么这么多PT都禁了Deluge！
